Reservations

Can I make a reservation on the day?
You can make a reservation by phone or online.The room may already be fully booked on the day of the event, so be sure to check the room availability on the day by telephone or online.。
Can someone different from the guest make the reservation?
You can make a reservation even if you are different from the guest.
When making a reservation on the website, please enter the actual guest's name.
If you would like to change the guest, please go to the Confirmation / Change / Cancel page of the reservation details.
Can I make a reservation for two or more people at once?
Please specify the desired number of people (per room) and the number of rooms in "Condition search" on the accommodation reservation page.
For example, when booking 2 twin rooms for 4 people, please search for vacancies with 2 people and 2 rooms reserved.
Room types available for 2 people are displayed. Also, only the same room type can be reserved at once.
If you book in separate room types (single / twin etc.), please make a reservation for each room type.
How many months in advanec can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations up to about 6 months in advance including the month in which the stay will occur.
Please understand that the reservation acceptance period may differ depending on the plan selected and there may be dates when rooms are unavailable.

Do you have a waiting list?
We do not provide a waiting list for reservations.
Can I book only minors as a guest?
Minors below middle school age are not allowed to stay in a room without a guardian accompanying them.
In addition, for minors above high school age, consent of a guardian is required.
Please inquire with the hotel by phone or via the Contact Us page.
Can you issue areceipt?
Receipts are issued upon checkout for guests who paid directly at the hotel.
If there is request regarding the address of the receipt, please tell us during check in.
If you would like a receipt to be reissued, please inquire directly with the hotel.
Can I change the guest name or arrival time entered at the time of the reservation?
Yes, you can change a reservation via the page to check, change or cancel reservations.

Pricing

How many days in advance from the reservation date will a cancellation charge occur?
A cancellation fee will be charged based on the hotel’s terms and conditions.

Is there an extended stay fee?
Regarding the extension fee,
"Single / Double" is 1,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour, "Executive Double Room / Executive Twin Room / Standard Triple Room" is 2,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour, "Executive Triple Room / Family Room" Is 3,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour. If you check out after 2:00 pm, the full basic accommodation charge (room charge) will be charged. Please note that we may not be able to accept extensions.
How do I pay?

Is the price of the room per person?
This website displays the price per person and the total number of passengers. The price shown includes tax.
No service charge is charged. In Tokyo, an accommodation tax will be levied according to the accommodation regulations. Accommodation tax is included in the room rate.

Our check in time is 15:00 and check out time is 10:00.

How do I make a reservation with children?
If children under elementary school age sleep together in the same room as their parents, please apply only with the number of adults, not including the number of children. One bed is available for one guest. If you would like to use the bed with one child under elementary school age, please make a reservation as an adult. Also, for children above elementary school, please book as adults.
Is there a children's fee?
If a child is using the bed alone, the price will be the same as the adult rate.
Do you provide baby beds?
